The Custom Design Process

Transform old jewellery into something new and beautiful, or create a brand-new piece from scratch. Our team of four designers and a goldsmith is here to help bring your idea to life.

1. Start With Inspiration

Bring a Pinterest photo, sketch, heirloom piece, or simply an idea. You do not need to have everything perfectly figured out. That is what we are here for.

2. 3D Renders

We create lifelike 3D images of your piece and provide a preliminary price estimate. Custom pieces can be created in silver, platinum, or white, yellow, or rose gold.

3. Wax Model

Once the renders are approved, we produce a wax model at the same scale as the finished piece. This allows you to see how it fits and feels before production begins. This is where things get really exciting!

4. Finalize Materials and Estimate

After the wax model is approved, we finalize the metal and stones and confirm your estimate. For larger diamonds, we may bring in a selection for you to view before the stone is mounted. Pricing is confirmed before production begins.

5. Your Finished Piece

In a few weeks, your one-of-a-kind piece will be ready to wear and love! A perfect representation of your relationship, your family, or your personality!
