Our Story

Tompkins Jewellers is a family owned, second generation, independent, full service jewellery shoppe serving Lethbridge & Southern Alberta since 1983. Lisa Tompkins, the owner, is the youngest child of Catherine who founded the store when she was 60 years of age and fully retired at the age of 80. In 2025, sadly Catherine passed at the ripe old age of 102! In 2002 Lisa took over full ownership of the company and with her love of technology, is always looking to be on the cutting edge of jewellery design, repair and creation. With a lifelong love of learning - she is constantly looking to the future for the next inspiring thing! The business is fueled by an on-site goldsmith and 4 jewellery designers offering CAD computer aided designing as well as hand made creations. Our vision is to create timeless, beautifully crafted treasures made of the finest materials & craftsmanship which makes it easy to stand behind and maintain the products we create!
